Update!

We made it through the first long day! Pic's are taken after he woke up (before he got sick) when he realized that he had NO FRONT TEETH!!

Little background...yesterday, Micah and Caleb were playing and decided to put a rope in Caleb's mouth and Micah would pull him by the rope as a leash...yes, they were being animals. So, Micah yanks the rope, one of Caleb's front teeth (the one that really wasn't all that loose) gets pulled out, there's blood everywhere..trauma, trauma, trauma. We get over it all and Caleb gets tooth fairy money this morning under his pillow before we leave for the hospital. So, we get to the hospital and the anesthesiologist is talking with us and asks about loose teeth. The other front tooth was loose, so after he went to sleep they had to pull it out to prevent risk when working in his throat. When he got to recovery there was an envelope labeled "Tooth Fairy" that they had taken a little collection and scrounged up $2.30 for his tooth. It was so sweet.

So, in less than 24 hours Caleb lost 2 teeth and 2 tonsils!! :)

He had some trouble with nausea/vomiting but I think we are over the worst of that and he ate some soft foods tonight and seemed to keep them down.

SO, SO, SO thankful for all of your prayers for our son!

Keep praying that he has no post-op issues and can get back to being a little boy playing around here soon!

Wow, Caleb, you know how to make life interesting! What a day! I'll bet you are the ONLY boy in the whole world to lose 2 teeth and 2 tonsils in one day! We knew you were special already, now, you're SUPER special! Hope you had a good nite of rest and that today is much, much better! Love and hugs and kisses,
Grandma :)

Soooo glad he is feeling a little bit better. After talking to mom that he got sick, I was so worried about him all day. We were at the Rainforest Cafe for dinner and I was sitting there wishing he was there enjoying it instead of being sick at home! Hope things continue to get better today and that he can be distracted by the excitement of his teeth!!! :)
P.S. Hope momma's doing well too with that due date approaching!
