Here’s to day #2

This is for you, honey…we’re going to do our best to keep you updated on how and what we’re doing while you’re gone!

We miss you…

Thank you for the cards daddy. We love them and read them all the time. Micah was going to bring his card for sharing today at church..very cute. (Clint left cards for each of us with a special message meant just for the recipient)

Went to get Micah’s glasses fixed in the morning, after the piano tuner left. Interesting to try and teach while there is a tuning going on in the same room…

Levi discovered how fun it is to play in the rocks…

We played outside a lot..absolutely beautiful weather!

Caleb played a lot of basketball in the cul-de-sac and the ball hit him in the face and yes, of course, his glasses were broken.

Highlight of the day was when we Skyped with you and you read the next chapter in “Prince Caspian” to them.

Even though you may have felt like an idiot reading to your computer and showing the pictures in the airport, it meant THE WORLD to them!

Micah had a little “wagon accident” which involved the “puller” running and trying to turn the corner with him inside. Got a little banged up, and yes, of course, the glasses were broken.

We got in the car, ran to get the glasses both fixed before we quick ate dinner and made it to Awana’s on time. Felt like superwoman that we got all that done yesterday!
