The long awaited BACKGROUND CHECKS are done!!
We passed…phew! :)
Who knew that we would wait the longest for that to get back to us…silly state of Oregon and their long process.
So, yes – Homestudy is ready to begin. The dossier is slowly coming together and hopefully will continue to go smoothly. This is where more the big chunk of BIG $$ checks start to leave our house…how that will all come together is an exciting mystery to us! Did we ever mention that it is expensive to adopt internationally? :) God is good and we wait anxiously for His timing and plan for our family to expand.
So…I’ve updated the blog…it’s been almost 8 years of blue dominating my life…bring on the estrogen :)
I’m revamping a bit and doing some cyber housecleaning. I hope to keep you all up to date on where we are at in the process a little better.
Should be a breeze this month since December is so dull and not busy. smile.

Woo-hoo! SO glad you finally passed those background checks, I was getting worried they found out how you both were such awful kids at LC!! :) We stand amazed at a God who has orchestrated our family and his in such amazing ways! And...I too love the makeover!! Love you!
